The extruders for RDM chemical fiber series and PP nonwoven series are mainly for extruding of spunbonded nonwoven fabrics. In production, usually two machines are connected to produce. The length-diameter ratio of the screw of the main extruder is 30:1, while that of the subordinate machine is 15:1, which mainly processes the recovered leftover materials and cloth scraps. Customers can choose the machines according to their needs, to produce nonwoven fabrics of different widths. |
